Garden Progress


I’ve been out of town for a few days and was delighted this morning when I discovered that my first planting of potatoes is sprouting!


The strawberries are beginning to bloom.


The peas have reached the bottom wire and are starting to climb.


The rhubarb needs to be picked.


I tilled around the edges of the garden and between rows, and dug another potato bed that I’ll plant with my grandson in a couple of weeks (we'll plant the potatoes, not the grandson). I think the last frost has passed, so soon I need to plant beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash...
